Your team

The Team page in the dashboard header lists everyone who can sign in to your agency's dashboard. Owners invite teammates, change roles, and remove access; plans never count seats, so bring in whoever helps run your tours.

Owner and admin: who can do what

Admin — runs toursOwner — also manages team & billing
Build and run tours — itineraries, travelers, publishing, broadcasts, the map YesYes
Branding YesYes
See the Billing page YesYes
Choose a plan, open the Stripe portal, cancel Yes
Invite teammates, change roles, remove access Yes

In short: admins run the tours, and owners additionally hold the two levers that change what the agency pays and who can get in. You can have as many owners as you like — and, as you will see below, never fewer than one.

Inviting a teammate

  1. On the Team page, under Invite a teammate, enter their email and pick a role — Admin — runs tours or Owner — also manages team & billing.
  2. Click Send invite. They get an email with a personal link.
  3. They open the link, pick their name and a password, and they are in — no separate account setup, no verification dance.

Invite links are deliberately short-lived and single-use: a link works for 7 days and can be used once. Pending invites are listed on the Team page until they are accepted, and you can Revoke one at any time — the link stops working immediately. Re-inviting the same email replaces its pending invite with a fresh link, and the old one stops working.

Wrong role? Just change it. Roles are not fixed at invite time — an owner can switch anyone between Admin and Owner from the Team page later, so there is no need to remove and re-invite.

Removing someone

Owners remove a teammate with the Remove button next to their row. From that moment they can no longer sign in. Nothing they built goes with them — tours, departures, and broadcasts they created stay exactly as they are, because that work belongs to the agency, not the person.

The last owner cannot be removed or demoted. An agency always needs at least one owner — otherwise nobody could manage the team or the billing ever again. If you try, the dashboard refuses with exactly that explanation: make someone else an owner first, then step down. This also means an owner cannot remove themselves; hand the keys over before you go.

When someone leaves the company

  1. Remove them on the Team page — their dashboard sign-in stops working at once.
  2. If they were also leading tours on the road, remember the guide app is separate: guide access rides on each departure's guide code, not on a dashboard account. See Guides for how to cut that off too.
