The tour catalog site (Pro plan and the free trial)

A public page of your tours, run from the dashboard.

Describe your tours once and Cordelle serves a simple, fast catalog site in your own colors: every tour with its dates, a day-by-day outline, your price line and your booking link — and an inquiry form that lands in your dashboard, next to the guest book. Included with Pro, and with the 30-day free trial.

Claim an address

Pick a short address for your site — letters, digits and hyphens — and it is yours while the site runs. Write a welcome, give at least one tour a description, and switch it on. Switching off, any time, is one click.

The catalog writes itself

Every tour with a description is on the site, with its upcoming departures listed soonest first. A tour between seasons stays listed — dateless, with the inquiry form as its call to action — so your quiet months don’t empty your shop window.

A page per tour

Your description, a day-by-day outline drawn from the real itinerary, hotels by name and city, the packing list and country basics — the honest shape of the trip, from the same records that run it.

Your colors, automatically

The site is painted from the same branding as your traveler app — your palette, your logo — with a card photo per tour if you add one, and a generated one in your colors if you don’t.

Your price, your booking

The price line is free text, printed exactly as you wrote it, and the Reserve button is your own booking link. Cordelle runs no checkout and takes no payment — a visitor who books does it with you, your way.

Inquiries land in the dashboard

The form asks for a name, an email, a phone number, a party size and a message. Each inquiry becomes a row in your Website › Inquiries inbox and an email to the address you chose. The inbox files the sender into your guest book — matched by email, linked or created with one confirmation, and marked contacted.

The privacy posture

Your site shows only what the whitelist serves.

The catalog pages are built by a separate server path that names, field by field, the only things allowed in public: tour prose and dates, day titles and summaries, hotel names and cities, packing lists, country basics, and the price line and booking link you wrote for the page. Nothing about any traveler — no roster, no guest book, no documents, no flights, no join codes, no hotel addresses or Wi‑Fi — can reach it, and our automated tests fail the build if a stray field ever appears in a public payload.

The pages themselves run no scripts and set no cookies — no analytics, no cookie bar — and a switched-off site, a lapsed plan and an address that never existed all answer the same “no site at this address”.

  • An unlisted address, for now. Today every site lives at cordelle.io/s/your‑address and is kept out of search engines while the feature is young — the address works the moment you switch on, and you hand it out yourself. A named launch, with each site on its own web address, comes when subdomains ship.
  • Edits appear within minutes. Pages are cached at the edge for speed, so a saved change can take a few minutes to show. The dashboard is always the current truth.
  • Part of Pro, and the 30-day trial. On Companion, or once a plan lapses, the site stops being served — visitors see “no site at this address”, never your billing state — and your address stays claimed for when you return.

The site captures the inquiry. The guest book works it.
