Getting the app
Cordelle is the free app your tour company uses to put your whole trip on your phone. There is nothing to pay and no account to create — and your tour company sends you everything you need to get it.
What you need
Two things:
- An iPhone or an Android phone. iPads work too.
- The 6-character trip code from your tour company. It is in your welcome email, or printed on the paper slip in your travel packet.
That is all. No email address, no password, and nothing to pay. The app itself is free — your tour company provides it as part of your trip.
Where the app comes from
Cordelle is arriving in the App Store (where it is listed as Cordelle Tour Companion) and in Google Play (as Cordelle). You do not need to go looking for it — your tour company sends you a link, in your welcome email or as a QR code on the paper slip in your travel packet, and it takes you to exactly the right place.
- Open the welcome email on your phone and tap the link — or point your phone's camera at the QR code on your paper slip and tap the link that pops up.
- The page that opens shows your join code and tells you exactly what to do next.
- Once the app is on your phone, open it and type your 6-character code — the whole trip downloads, and you are done.
Why the app is not named after your tour company
In the App Store, look for Cordelle Tour Companion; in Google Play, simply Cordelle. Either one is the right app. The moment you enter your trip code, the inside of the app takes on your tour company's own name, colors, and logo — so do not worry if the listing looks unfamiliar.
What happens next
The first time you open the app, it asks for your trip code. Enter the 6 characters and the whole trip downloads to your phone — itinerary, hotels, flights, packing list, and emergency numbers.

If you get stuck
- Can't find the app? Use the link or QR code your tour company sent — it takes you straight to the right place, no searching or spelling needed.
- The store asks for a password? That is your Apple or Google password, not anything to do with Cordelle. A family member can usually help, or the store can reset it.
- Still stuck? Call your tour company — they help travelers with this all the time. And on the trip itself, your guide can help you install and join in person.
